Gymnastics Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Instructor/Coach to join our team at the Buehler Family YMCA in Palatine, IL. As a Gymnastics Instructor/Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering gymnastics programs for children and adults, promoting a fun and positive environment that fosters physical and emotional growth.

• Plan and deliver gymnastics programs for children and adults, ensuring a high-energy and engaging experience.
• Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers to ensure a positive and safe environment for program participants.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure their needs are met and their children receive a quality experience.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to child abuse prevention and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective program delivery.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have prior experience in sports or specialty programs.
• Prior experience working with youth is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
