Polar Beverages is seeking a skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our facilities and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

* Sanitize production lines and equipment to prevent contamination and ensure product quality
* Maintain the pH Neutralization Room by monitoring and recording daily pH readings
* Operate and maintain the Water Treatment Plant to ensure clean water for production
* Clean and sanitize chemical areas, including floors and drip pans
* Refill chemical bottles on production lines and perform hot sanitize and hot acid washes as needed
* Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned by management, including changing carbon beds and cleaning reaction tanks
* Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a team environment
* High attention to detail and ability to lift 50 lbs
* Ability to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed
* Strong understanding of food safety and quality principles
* Ability to pass pre-employment math test
