We're seeking an exceptional lawyer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional results for our clients. As an Associate Lawyer - Civil Advocacy, you'll work closely with experienced trial counsel to develop and implement effective case strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development
  • Prepare high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, trials, and other legal proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Florida
  • Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear advice
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
