Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
Responsibilities- Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor, making them feel at ease and valued.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner, assisting guests with booking and changing appointments.
- Assist the team in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit.
- Understand and explain our Rebooking and Membership Model to guests, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a reception or front desk role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Advanced computer skills, with the ability to navigate our software and systems.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.00.
- A fun and supportive work environment, with a team that values teamwork and collaboration.
