Server Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at First Watch Restaurants. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to their tables and ensure they have everything they need to feel comfortable and relaxed.
• Exhibit a professional attitude and presentation at all times, adhering to our company's dress standards.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients and prices, to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and take orders for food and beverages.
• Collaborate with our kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to our high standards and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform all table service functions, including serving food and beverages, clearing tables, and handling payments.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
