About the Role:
The Financial Wellbeing Advisor will play a crucial part in delivering a distinctive member experience at Signal Financial Federal Credit Union. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to multiple branches throughout the DC metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain member relationships through regular communication and relationship management software.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Support branch managers and facilitate offsite presentations to SEGs.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
