We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Synergy Global Technologies in Lebanon, TN. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client base consisting of corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and individuals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple engagements by delegating tasks to staff and coordinating with partners on all phases of the engagement.
* Serving as a technical resource to the firm and its clients.
* Developing new business with current and prospective clients.
* Providing leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to staff.
* Reviewing tax work papers to ensure they meet professional standards and arrangement letter terms.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An active CPA license.
* 8-12 years of public accounting tax experience.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
