Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement environmental monitoring and management programs.
  • Assist in obtaining and maintaining environmental permits.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations management to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Oversee the drafting and preparation of permit applications and renewals.
  • Participate in environmental issue investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement environmental training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in environmental compliance for major transportation construction projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, biology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in environmental compliance.
  • CPESC Certification and ISO 14000 certifications are a plus.
