Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as a pediatric homecare nurse. The successful candidate will have a current Tennessee Registered Nurse License and active nursing license in good standing. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Build strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient care and progress

Qualifications

RN Qualifications:

  • Current Tennessee Registered Nurse License
  • Active nursing license in good standing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Home health experience preferred
