We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at ALLIED Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will possess a current New Mexico license and at least 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer oxygen therapy and other respiratory treatments
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education to patients and families on respiratory health and disease management
- Current New Mexico license or NLC as applicable
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. as needed per specialty
