Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care in the Critical Illness unit, ensuring the highest level of comfort, safety, and well-being for our patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs, assess their condition, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices in patient care.
- A current Arizona license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions) is required.
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Critical Illness unit is necessary.
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification is required.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must be current as needed per specialty.
