Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit at Saint Mary's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on bedside care to patients with complex surgical needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to restore patients to their pre-surgical state of wellness.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
  • BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with a 30-hour workweek, including two 12-hour shifts per week and three 12-hour shifts per week. Holidays and weekends are scheduled as needed.
