Job Summary:

The Order Selector is responsible for pulling full case product, operating electric pallet jack, and using voice-activated headset to fulfill orders. The successful candidate must be able to maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull full case product and operate electric pallet jack to fulfill orders
  • Use voice-activated headset to navigate warehouse and locate products
  • Load delivery trucks according to route and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly up to 50lbs throughout shift
  • Ability to work scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position
  • Ability to meet productivity goal of 825 cases per shift by 30 days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years direct order pulling experience preferably in the produce industry
  • Warehouse distribution and produce knowledge
  • 2 years of recent Electric Riding Pallet Jack experience
  • Vo-Collect (Voice Picking) Headset experience
