Job Summary and Qualifications:

We are looking for a Radiologic Imaging Specialist to conduct radiological diagnostic procedures as directed by the Radiologist.

As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team within Medical Imaging, you will significantly influence the enhancement of human health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified positions, and adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.
  • Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by adhering to radiation safety protocols.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment, process images, and prepare the room with necessary equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience by maintaining accurate patient records, scheduling appointments, overseeing patient transportation, ordering supplies, and fostering a healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology is required.
  • RT Certification from ARRT is required.
