LPN 1x1 PDN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lexington. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients, providing skilled nursing care and services in a home healthcare setting.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
