Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to a variety of patients with complex health problems.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient responses to care and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC).
- Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
- One year of ICU experience preferred.
