ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is a renowned healthcare staffing agency seeking an experienced and dedicated travel physical therapist for a 13-week assignment in Apple Valley, California.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled physical therapist to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care through thorough assessments, goal setting, and treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of California.
  • At least one year of experience as a travel physical therapist or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Additional benefits include a referral bonus program.
