Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance: Safely perform maintenance tasks, adhering to company regulations and industry standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and repair industrial equipment, including HVAC, pumps, agitators, hydraulic systems, and compressed air systems.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze equipment failures, inspect, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Collaboration: Work with co-workers, contractors, and vendors to support project and renovation work.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all governmental, company, and industrial regulations, codes, and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Three years of maintenance experience in industrial HVAC, mechanical machine repair, or automotive repair.
- Skills: Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet, operate aerial lifts and scissor lifts, and possess basic plumbing knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or trade school certification in Industrial Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with 480 volt 3 phase electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairing industrial facility mechanical equipment, and maintaining basic plumbing needs.
