About the Role

KurzSolutions is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cath Lab. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine procedures on patients, including insertion of peripheral lines, collection of blood samples, and hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Work under the physician's direction to remove peripheral intravenous lines, central venous catheters, and percutaneous arterial lines.
  • Perform 12-lead EKGs and follow ACLS protocol in the event of asystole.
  • Attach patients to pacing wires and pacing generators, and set up and monitor intra-aortic balloon pumps and Impella devices.
  • Provide coverage to the dialysis center and work with COVID-19 positive patients and patients under investigation.
Qualifications
  • Current license in at least one state, territory, or commonwealth in the U.S. or the District of Columbia.
  • Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience.
  • Preferred: ICU certification, Moderate Sedation certification, or equivalent experience.
