Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. As a key member of our accounting function, you will be responsible for producing financial and statistical reports, analyzing financial data, and communicating with departmental users and third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze routine financial reports for internal UAB purposes and third-party agencies.
  • Communicate with departmental users and third-party agencies regarding applicable accounts.
  • Prepare period deposits, billings, and transfer of funds in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Work experience may not substitute for the education requirement.
