Job Summary:

As a Roving Maintenance Tech, you will assist the Engineering team with various activities related to the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and craft services. Your primary responsibilities will include handling special work assignments and trouble calls, adhering to quality levels and standard practices, and learning and following appropriate safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handles special work assignments and trouble calls.
Adheres to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed.
Learns and follows appropriate safety regulations.
Conducts regular inspections, reports findings, and reports to the Chief Engineer and/or PM.
Performs any additional duties as directed by the Chief Engineer, such as lighting, restroom, plumbing, equipment, etc.

Requirements:

Operation of HVAC Systems (filters)
Water Treatment Procedures (cooling tower cleaning)
Electrical Equipment (lighting)

Repair/replacement of lamps, ballasts, drivers.
Repair/replacement of restroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures.
Assist with mechanical preventative maintenance tasks.
Work closely with landscaping/janitorial and assist when/where needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area(s).
Identify best practices regarding MT duties and discuss with supervisor regularly.
Maintain a clear line of written and verbal communication with Chief as well as PM.
