**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician - Field Equipment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation equipment used in our safety systems, data gathering, and other related services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Install and troubleshoot automation equipment, including EFMs, PLCs, and valves

- Work closely with engineering and SCADA departments to implement innovative solutions for existing problems

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of equipment and processes

- Develop custom logic within PLCs/EFMs for control of valves, pumps, and alarm monitoring

**Requirements:**

- 3+ years of experience in electrical or field automation within the oil & gas industry

- Experience with various EFMs/PLCs, Foxboro devices, Freewave radios, Vega products, and Red Lion HMIs

- Strong understanding of automation principles and practices

- Ability to learn multiple software programs used in configuration of field devices

- Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed
