Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers shop our store, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help customers locate products, provide product information, and make recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Engage with customers on our Rewards program, Private Label Credit Cards, and other loyalty programs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including maintaining store recovery standards and ensuring a well-merchandised store.
  • Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive and respectful manner, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and merchandise.
