We are seeking a skilled Stamping Operator to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a Stamping Operator, you will be responsible for operating assigned automated stamping machinery, ensuring component flow, troubleshooting and correcting machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Operate assigned automated stamping machinery to produce high-quality components
- Ensure component flow and troubleshoot machinery issues to maintain productivity
- Perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule
- Conduct quality checks according to established processes and document results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures
- Must have passed the Mechanical Concepts test
- Must successfully complete a print reading and precision measuring skills review by the position supervisor
- Ability to lift and carry a maximum weight of 27 lbs.
- Ability to push a peak force of 69 lbs.
- Ability to pull a peak force of 80 lbs.
- Frequent standing and balancing throughout the day
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
- 10% shift differential for 3rd shift work
