Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guest accommodations are kept in pristine condition. This position is essential for providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
  • Efficiently remove all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock housekeeping carts in preparation for the following day’s tasks.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any missing items from guest rooms.
  • Immediately report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing friendly and courteous service to guests and team members.
