Senior Nurse Practitioner

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN on our skilled unit, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify resident needs, and develop strategies to address them.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of resident care plans.
