Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist to join our Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program at our Balboa site in Northridge. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide intensive in-home and community-based services to high-risk youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct intakes, provide individual, group, and family therapy services in office and community settings.
- Engage primary caregivers and other family members in active change-oriented treatment.
- Collaborate with school personnel, DMH, DCFS, and other service agencies as needed.
- Maintain clinical charts and complete program and DMH paperwork.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with intensive needs.
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based child and family interventions.
- Competitive salary range: $68,500 - $84,500.
- $3,000 differential available for bilingual Spanish-English proficiency.
- Eligible for $2,500.00 sign-on bonus.
- Free supervision for licensure.
- Educational Assistance Reimbursement.
- 100% License/Registration Fee Reimbursement.
