Venice Suites is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, hallways, and other areas of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Adhere to our company's high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Utilize proper protective equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with hotel guidelines.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
  • Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention.
  • Assist with laundry as needed.
  • Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or better.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Basic cleaning skills and ability to communicate in English with guests, management, and fellow team members.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and make good judgments.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Physical ability to frequently walk indoors and outdoors, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds.
