We are seeking a qualified Caregiving Specialist to join our team at Friendly Faces Senior Care in the Houston area.

Job Overview

This role may be permanent or temporary and requires working with diverse populations, including clients dealing with mental health concerns, family dynamics, crisis intervention, or substance abuse. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, strengths, and challenges to develop individualized service plans that address client needs effectively.
  • Provide counseling support and advocacy services to ensure clients' rights are respected within healthcare settings or community resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including assessments, case notes, treatment plans, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required; a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred but not mandatory for all positions depending on role requirements.
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable; new graduates are encouraged to apply for certain positions.
Salary and Benefits
