We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Health Providers Choice. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and operate nuclear medicine equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal imaging.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers.
  • Develop and process images, including adjusting settings and enhancing quality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Registered Technologist (ART).
  • At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine, with a strong background in radiopharmaceuticals and imaging techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate heavy equipment.
