Job Summary

Webber is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our water/wastewater construction projects from initial budget to project closeout. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety, direction, and financial outcome of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed client needs.
    • Utilize project management software to process, distribute, and track project documentation.
    • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
    • Manage project schedules, including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, and quality control.
    • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
    • Perform project closeout activities to ensure a smooth transition to the next phase.
  • Leadership
    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and development opportunities.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including written and verbal communication.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications
    • Significant experience in managing water/wastewater construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction knowledge, personnel management, and cost control procedures.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5-10 years of experience in water/wastewater construction, with a proven track record of success.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
