About the Role:

This position requires a strong ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Key responsibilities include:

  • Following all safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Obtaining required information from customers for all transactions, completing required purchasing and shipping documents, and conducting daily reconciliations.
  • Reviewing all documents to ensure regulatory and company requirements are met.
  • Coordinating shipments (rail and truck), maintaining safety records.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years' cash handling and direct customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A High School diploma; a college degree is preferred.
  • Basic math, account reconciliation, computer, and data entry skills.
  • The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers.
  • The ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
  • Flexibility to work off hours, weekends, and holidays in an industrial environment, including being outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Basic computer knowledge for work-related purposes.
  • Monday - Friday, with 1/2 day Saturday shift as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred - Spanish.
