Key Responsibilities- Assess and address areas where students may require assistance or mental health counseling
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure seamless collaboration
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and reports to track student progress
- Develop and implement treatment plans or counseling to support student remediation
- Evaluate student transcripts and participate in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process as necessary
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current state license to practice in the state of Illinois and a Professional Educator's License with endorsement in School Social Work
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development
