Job Summary

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Puyallup Tribal Health Authority, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality psychiatric services to our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with Integrated Behavioral Health and other departments to develop treatment plans for patients with mental health difficulties.
Provide psychiatric services to clients and their families, including initial evaluations and ongoing medication monitoring.
Document client services accurately and efficiently using our electronic medical record system.
Participate in the development of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for mental health treatment at PTHA.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or related field.
Current RN and ARNP license to practice in WA State.
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric care, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
