Job Title: Pastry Chef

At Congress Hall, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our pastry menu, ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen
  • Supervise and train pastry staff to ensure high-quality production
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and specials
  • Ensure that all pastry products are made to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a similar size operation
  • High school or equivalent education required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
