Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support on indoor and outdoor Smardt chillers, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
  • Field Service: Perform chiller installations, deliveries, and removals, ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to provide guidance on the operation and maintenance of their equipment, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve customer operational problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support to customers, responding to emergency calls and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment used are in good and safe working order, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Qualifications: Minimum four (4) years of HVAC field experience, specifically with chiller systems. Turbocor/mag bearing experience is an asset.
