Turnbridge, a leading provider of mental health and substance use disorder treatment programs, is seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our team. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality individual, group, and family therapy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, including individual, group, and family sessions
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective treatment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Engage with families and referents to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Connecticut (or within 3 months of full licensure)
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults with mental health and substance use challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
