Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service: Ensure that every client feels welcome, relaxed, and satisfied with their experience.
• Perform high-quality skincare services: Provide expert waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations to meet the individual needs of each client.
• Develop client relationships: Build strong relationships with clients to retain and expand business through consistent delivery of service and product knowledge.
• Participate in spa activities: Attend staff meetings, participate in promotions, continuing education, and trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
• Adhere to compliance regulations: Ensure compliance with all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensing and regulations.
• Report equipment issues: Promptly report any damaged equipment to management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Tennessee Esthetics license: Possess a current and valid Tennessee Esthetics license.
• Skincare expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of skincare principles and techniques, including analysis of client requests and provision of personalized skincare recommendations.
• Product knowledge: Educate clients on proper at-home skincare maintenance through demonstration of retail products.
• Service-minded: Possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Wellness-focused: Demonstrate a passion for wellness and a commitment to ongoing education and training in the field of skincare.
