International SOS Government Medical Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Director to join our team in Qatar. As a Clinical Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, managing, and assisting with medication therapies for patients across the age spectrum for various medical problems on an outpatient and emergent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing pharmacist. You will also have a current license and registration to practice as a pharmacist in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands that allows for the independent practice of clinical services.
The Clinical Pharmacy Director will be responsible for:
- Assessing, evaluating, managing, and assisting with medication therapies for patients across the age spectrum for various medical problems on an outpatient and emergent basis.
- Sitting as Chair of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics committee and may sit on other healthcare, policy, and administrative committees as determined by CMO.
- Maintaining unsupervised key access to the Department of Pharmacy and all stocked medications and is the immediate supervisor for all personnel with job access to the pharmacy.
- Maintaining healthcare formulary, formulary stock, prescription records, and is responsible for all legend and controlled medications within the CAS Role 2 pharmacy.
- Complying with all regulations (DEA, FDA, DOS) governing medication procurement, storage, distribution, and use within the CAS Role 2 program.
The Clinical Pharmacy Director will work closely with the CMO and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and to maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements
