NHC HomeCare Dickson is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and participate in the application of physical therapeutic techniques for patient rehabilitation.
  • Coordinate and supervise physical therapy services, ensuring effective treatment plans and patient outcomes.
  • Provide physical therapy services as ordered by physicians and delegate tasks to licensed physical therapy assistants.
  • Evaluate, plan, and supervise treatments, establishing short-term and long-term goals for patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a BS or MS level course in physical therapy, accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Licensed or registered under state statutes in the state of practice.
  • One year's experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Active member of the state and national Physical Therapy Association preferred.
