Position: Superintendent

This role is integral to the success of our projects at Consolidated Employer Services Recruiting, a distinguished player in the construction industry.

We are in search of a dedicated full-time superintendent for our Construction Manager at Risk initiatives. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Oversee, guide, and manage subcontractors and skilled labor
  • Guarantee safety protocols, timely project delivery, work quality, and budget compliance
  • Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns, and labor teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make informed decisions regarding scheduling, logistics, and quality assurance
  • Administer the comprehensive site safety program
  • Formulate recovery plans to keep the project on track
  • Engage in communication with clients and architects/engineers
  • Mentor and oversee Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management
  • Proficient in interpreting plans and understanding project specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
