Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience in manufacturing quality.
  • Experience in fast-paced production settings.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis.
  • A strong desire to grow within the quality engineering field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Preferred Skills:
While not mandatory, the following skills are advantageous:
  • Effective communication with customers.
  • Experience in machining or assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 5P or 8D.
  • Experience with control plans, FMEAs, and PPAP documentation.
  • Ability to conduct formal problem-solving and internal audits.
