Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and online platforms, providing a wide range of services to our clients.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns directly or efficiently route them to the appropriate departments.
- Generate sales reports and coordinate services for clients as needed.
- Ensure accurate entry and distribution of all customer orders.
- Align daily tasks with long-term objectives to support the sales team and overall company operations.
- Engage in a self-directed work team environment.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
