  • Direct vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot to maintain orderly traffic flow.
  • Assist students with parking, ensuring safety and compliance with designated parking spots.
  • Enforce parking regulations, monitoring the parking lot for compliance with designated parking spots.
  • Provide assistance to students and members with parking-related inquiries or issues.
  • Respond calmly and professionally to any conflicts or disputes that arise in the parking lot.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with students, members, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations, such as heavy traffic or conflicts between students and members.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential for this role, as volunteers will be needed during specific hours.
  • Ability to observe parking lot activity closely and identify any potential safety hazards or violations.
  • Conflict resolution skills to resolve conflicts and disagreements diplomatically and effectively.
Working Conditions:

Employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
