Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care.
  • Design and oversee clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children, developing expertise in treatment protocols and data collection systems.
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.

  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and bi-weekly bonus plan of up to $12,000 annually.

Requirements:
