Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care.
- Design and oversee clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children, developing expertise in treatment protocols and data collection systems.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision, enhancing your ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary and bi-weekly bonus plan of up to $12,000 annually.
- Comprehensive health coverage, including PPO, HSA, and HMO plans.
- 401(k) with company match of up to 4%.
- Flexible scheduling and generous PTO, including 16 days of paid time off and 7 paid holidays.
