CIP Operator Job Description

All Juice Food & Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented CIP Operator to join our team in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Job Summary

The CIP Operator provides the foundation for safe, quality food products by completing proper cleanup and sanitation tasks. This is a full-time, 2nd shift position that reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the CIP system to clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and pipelines
  • Disassemble and reassemble production equipment to perform necessary cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of these pieces of equipment
  • Clean processing tanks and vats
  • Clean various items throughout the facility, including weighing containers, scoops, totes, floors, and mixing equipment
  • Ensure compliance to plant policies and Federal and State regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements
  • General understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment
  • Related experience preferred but will train the right candidate
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and problem-solve
  • Ability to work within deadlines and as part of a team

The starting wage for the CIP Operator is $23/hour, increasing to $24/hour upon training completion and successful performance review.
