Job Summary:

This position involves working as a Physical Therapist in a fast-paced hospital environment, providing top-notch care to patients with diverse needs. Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating patients' physical abilities and creating tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs
  • Implementing various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required, and licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in PA is essential.
