Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from vascular surgery procedures in our newly established Vascular Surgery Step-Down Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • At least 18 months of BWH nursing experience, with current vascular and/or cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
  • Able to work weekend rotations per the MNA contract.
