Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Administrator to lead our Primary Care offices at Pickerington Methodist Hospital and Hill Road Family Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and managing all practice functions, ensuring seamless operations, and providing exceptional support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate all practice functions, including financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, and implementation of MSF policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively with physicians and other care providers to ensure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies.
  • Provide education and coaching support to staff, serving as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.
  • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field required; Master's Degree strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of related healthcare experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 5 years of supervision or management experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting, may be substituted in lieu of education requirements in certain circumstances.
