Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This compensation package reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.

Job Responsibilities

This senior-level role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents for solicitor review, including petitions, orders, motions, and stipulations.
  • Participating in county court hearings and pre-hearing conferences to ensure smooth case management.
  • Assisting with all aspects of lay and expert witness preparation for testimony, guaranteeing effective presentation of cases.
  • Facilitating and/or training on approved LSI training topics, empowering colleagues with essential knowledge and skills.
  • Supporting county best practices by collaborating with caseworkers and stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A general knowledge or work experience in legal or child welfare fields, coupled with an Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or paralegal certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education and certification.
